This policy explains what information Big League Car Wash collects through bigleaguecarwash.com, our text-enabled phone numbers, our hiring process, and our car wash locations in New Braunfels, Schertz, and Cibolo, Texas — and what we do with it. We keep this in plain English on purpose.
When you use our Contact Us form you may provide: your name, phone number, email address, the location you visited, the date and time of your visit, a receipt or Fast Pass number, your message, and up to two photos. Incident photos often show your vehicle and may include your license plate or surroundings. Everything you submit is emailed securely to our management team so a real person can respond.
The feedback form collects a star rating, your name, the location you visited, and your comments. The fleet inquiry form collects your name, company, contact information, and vehicle count.
Online checkout and membership billing are handled by our membership and payment processing providers. Those providers collect your payment details directly — our website never sees or stores your full card number. The account information they hold (such as your name, vehicle, and plan) is used to run your membership.
Our locations use text-enabled numbers. When you text us, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages, and we use them to reply to you.
If you apply to join our team, you interview with Savannah, our AI-assisted hiring interviewer. During the interview you provide contact details, availability, work history, and answers to interview questions; the conversation is transcribed and stored with our service providers. Every interview is reviewed by our human management team, and hiring decisions are made by people — not by the AI. Applicant information is used only for hiring.
Our locations use video surveillance for the safety of customers and staff, to protect property, and to review incident and damage claims.
The Site itself is intentionally light on data: we do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and the Site does not use cookies to track you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Only the service providers who operate parts of our business for us, and only what they need to do their job:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, a subpoena), to protect safety or property, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. That is the whole list.
Email support@bigleaguecarwash.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We honor reasonable requests, subject to records we need to keep for legal, billing, or safety reasons. To stop texts, just reply STOP.
Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Form submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to our management team and the service providers above. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect small — the best protection is not holding data we do not need.
When we change this policy, we update the effective date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
