Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 27, 2026. These Terms replace all earlier versions.

Welcome to Big League Car Wash. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of bigleaguecarwash.com (the “Site”), our car wash locations in New Braunfels, Schertz, and Cibolo, Texas, and the products and services we offer — single washes, Season Ticket unlimited memberships, and gift cards. By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Our Services

Big League Car Wash operates express exterior car washes with free customer amenities (vacuums, towels, air compressors, interior shine products, and mat cleaners). We offer:

• Single washes — a one-time wash at the package level you select.
• Season Ticket unlimited memberships — a monthly plan that lets one registered vehicle wash as often as you like at any of our locations, at the package level you select.
• Gift cards — purchasable online or at any location.

2. Memberships and Recurring Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. By joining, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
• Each membership covers one registered vehicle, identified by a windshield tag or license plate. Memberships are not transferable between vehicles except through an authorized plan change.
• You can cancel at any time through the My Account portal on the Site or by asking an attendant at any location. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; charges already made are not refunded unless required by law.
• We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days’ notice (by email, text, or notice on the Site). Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.
• Promotional pricing (for example, an introductory monthly rate) is subject to the specific terms stated when offered. Unless stated otherwise, introductory offers are for new customers only, do not apply to vehicle swaps on an existing plan, and renew at the regular rate when the promotional period ends.
• If a membership charge fails, we may suspend the membership until payment is resolved.

3. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed toward washes and memberships at any Big League Car Wash location. Any attendant can check a balance in store. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards to the extent permitted by law.

4. Using the Wash

• Follow posted instructions and attendant directions while on our property.
• Vehicles taller than 7’3”, oversized vehicles, and vehicles with loose parts, open damage, or certain aftermarket accessories may not fit or may be refused for safety reasons. We may decline to wash any vehicle we judge unsafe to process.
• Before entering the tunnel, secure or remove loose exterior items (antennas, magnets, bed covers, wiper attachments, trim that is not firmly attached).

5. Vehicle Condition and Damage Claims

• Our tunnels use soft-cloth equipment that we inspect and maintain. Even so, no car wash can eliminate all risk.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including loose or previously damaged parts, aftermarket or non-factory accessories and trim, cracked glass, peeling or oxidized paint, or items left on or in the vehicle.
• If you believe the wash damaged your vehicle, report it promptly — ideally to an attendant before leaving the location, or through the incident report option on our Contact Us form, which lets you attach photos. Prompt reporting with your visit details and receipt or Fast Pass number helps us review camera and equipment records.
• Our management team reviews every claim and will contact you about the outcome. Filing a claim is not a guarantee of compensation.

6. Payments

Online purchases and membership billing are processed by our third-party payment and membership providers. We do not store your full card number on the Site. Your use of those checkout services is also subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies.

7. Text Messaging

Our locations use text-enabled phone numbers. When you text us, you agree to receive reply messages about your question or visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle phone numbers and message content.

8. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false damage claims or forms, scraping content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or abuses our staff, property, or other customers.

9. Our Content

The Big League Car Wash name, logo, and the content of this Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to view and use the Site as intended.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big League Car Wash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in this section limits our review of vehicle damage claims under Section 5.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Big League Car Wash and its owners, officers, and employees harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
